Part if getting ready includes getting back on a healthy food plan. So I’m going back to picking out a cookbook and planning my week around it’s recipes. This week it’s Heidi Swanson’s Super Natural Cooking. I’m getting ready to roast some lovely romas to make roasted tomato soup with smoked paprika.
Oh and this means bento’s will be back as well.
