So… small setback – I bonked my head on the car and managed to give myself a concussion. I’m not going to hit my 5 miles a day or bike once a week goals. I will try to hit those over the remaining weeks. I’m on limited activity this week.
A few years ago – I decided to make small goals rather than annual resolutions. I’m going to go back to that this year. So here are my January goals:
1) Walk at least 5 miles per day
2) Stay on diet plan
3) Take charity stuff to Salvation Army
4) Ride bike at least once a week or take Group Cycle at gym
5) Two hours in garage cleaning
